Below is the online entry for the 2017 Youth Baseball State Tournament.

Please complete ALL fields below to complete the online tournament entry. In the second text field, please include manager name, email, and address (there will be enough space). Entry Deadline: The deadline to submit your berth for the 2017 Youth Baseball State Tournament is July 1st.

Structure: The tournament will feature both pool play and bracket play. Pool play standings will be used to determine the Championship and Consolation bracket, and possibly a Tier II bracket depending on the number of teams registered and in each pool. Three games guaranteed.
